The police came and collected him, and they took him down to the street at the bottom of the campus, where I stood guard and prevented anyone (particularly vengeful students) from approaching. Later I found out that the ambulance that came and picked him up never arrived at the hospital; the student that had been raped was the daughter of the local police chief, and a few loyal officers had secreted the psycho away somewhere to be tortured and killed. They'd only sent me in because they knew I was a good shot, and wouldn't accidentally have killed him first.
Dreams
There was a great sprawling campus on the side of a hill; you had to walk up these long stairways to reach a different level of the campus, but the effect was elegant and beautiful. Students were milling around instead of relaxing on the grass, because some student had been kidnapped and raped by some psycho, and he was holding her in one of the buildings, threatening all sorts of harm. They wouldn't send in police because he'd kill her, so I was sent in, because I was some sort of ex-special forces. Entering the building was pretty easy, they'd knocked out the power and it was dark, and I lured him out using the old Seven Samurai trick: I left food and water outside his door, and waited nearby. When he came out I shot him twice in the arm and shoulder, and once in the leg.
